On every trip we try and find a little time to enjoy the historical as well as the new. To us the spirit of the marble creative is found at it's best in Pietrasanta.
This small town that nestles under the Apuan Mountains, from which many marbles are quarried, was the home to Michelangelo Buonarotti and his master masons.
Today it is Botero, Blumenfeld and Yasuda who are among the many artist who flock here to fabricate display and converse.
The bars, shops and galleries use stone for ornamental and practical reasons and whether from the past or more recent it always seems to fit.
